I'm having this same issue put when doing a search for command prompt entering the reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"  I get a message saying - The system cannot find the path specified.  So Not sure what step to try next ? I have unlinked my PC from one drive and quit it too
