puzzlezaddict hello i'm having trouble accessing my game. I'm using a new laptop. The game loaded fine, i played for a couple of hours but it wouldn't let me save always error 16, eventually saved and quit. Once out, i saw that it was saved to my Onedrive, moved it from there to my documents and then deleted Onedrive, deleted the 5 caches you mentioned, renamed the saves, uninstalled TS3 and reinstalled it. When i launch the game it loads fine until it reaches my saved game, it gives me the "serious error cannot load sunset valley, try restarting application" but there are other games that don't load at all it shows this (below), i don't have any expansions loaded just the base game. Even if try creating a new game to start over the "serious error" message shows up.
