[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Hi friends, I bought a new A15 computer hoping to play on a decent system. But since day one, I've been having trouble launching The Sims 3 worlds. I'm getting the error pictured with all the worlds I currently own. I've uninstalled the game several times, and the only way it works is with only the base game installed. I don't have any saves, no CC, no mods, much less pirated content that hinders the game. I need help, please.
