[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

So, I lately redeemed Sims 3 and EP1 and EP4 in the EA app from the disc (for a relative, not me).  I install it and it works but when she tries to play it, then "A serious error occurred while trying to load SunsetValley.world it is strongly recommended that you reset the application" it happens for every other world as well.  I cleared the cache, tried re restarting the application, uninstalled it and reinstalled it but NOTHING worked.  Please help me.
