I recently downloaded sims 3 through the EA app and was able to launch the game and create a sim after installing. However after that each time I try to enter the game and launch a save or create a new save I receive an error message. The error message reads: "A serious error has occurred while loading 'save file name.game'. it is strongly recommended that you restart the application.". There are other posts on the forum about a similar issue however no previous solutions have worked for me. So far I have attempted to:
