hi so when I start the game its normal up until I select a town to play then as soon as it starts loading I get a pop up saying "A major error has occurred and we strongly advise you restart the game" so I do just that to no avail and I've even gone through all the solutions on the EA website and tried looking on here but again no luck. I am extremely eager to play again so I would be extremely appreciative if someone could help.
Also it does this on a brand new save and I also upgraded to windows 11 with a new laptop since I last played
