I have been trying to play The Sims 3 and I keep coming across the same issue. I have the base game and Late Night installed, but when I try to create a game with the Sunset Valley and Bridgeport words, that is when the Error message in the attached file appears.
I have searched through my files app and noticed there are absolutely no worlds installed. I believe the issue I am facing is that the game installed incorrectly. That is when I uninstalled and reinstalled TWICE, but still the correct files are not downloading. I have also repaired my game 3 times and that hasn't helped either.
I have tried contacting support but the representative I was speaking to was trying to inform me that I have to purchase these worlds separately and they are not included. I, however, know this is not true as I have been playing the Sims 3 since 2013.
If anyone has any information on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it!!!
