[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

c6cgtmrpbnur​  This is a user-side issue caused by Microsoft's OneDrive.  "Fixing" it on the EA end would mean updating the game to store user files in a different location, which, in addition to being a major undertaking, would cause a lot of problems for people who expect the files to be in the traditional location.  So an update would cause more harm than good.
