    Uninstall your most recent EP then download and reinstall the digital version from Origin. Instructions here.

No, so long as you don't open the game and save it without the EP/SP installed.

      You followed the instructions to play the game digitally and you've manually patched to 1.67?

      If that didn't work you've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game digitally?
