Custom Sim passed to me through Simport!
So I am dealing with another technical malfunction with Showtime (can't interact with one of my sims anymore) and I decide to try to start a new game to see if this is happening with new games as well...

So far I have hosted 4 Sims and deleted them all. Then I noticed a rainbow mosaic Sim came to watch my Sim in the park - Stardust something. Taking her to CAS fixed it but now I am scared and will have to check my CC in the morning. I will post a screen then as I am on my kindle now.
