I really don't know why some stuff doesn't show up.
Did you use custom content on your Sim ?
No custom content! I did use several expansions though, although I wouldn't think that that would be a problem...

Did you use any special characters in the name ?
Try re-exporting your sim and give him a real simple name like xyz or whatever. No spaces no nothing.
Then try uploading again.
