so the only thing for now you can do is close your launcher and restart it untill no red x shows and play

i'm going to search around this week as i won't be on my pc to play i have a little netbook that i can surf the internet with if i find anything at all i'll pm you

The only time I've found a 'red X' specific post was the one you referred me to on MTS and that gave the Op several ideas on where to go for answers but nothing was ever mentioned on if a solution was ever found so I wrote to the Op. Hopefully they were able to fix it and will return my message.
