@DivinylsFan Its a know issue. I get my store content installed and its a crap shoot which stays and which will need to be redownloaded and installed.

They are aware and there are threads where this being discussed. I think the problem is with the launcher as its been fickle over the years.

@DivinylsFan I was able to uninstall EA App reinstall Origin https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Downloading-and-installing-Origin-Windows-and-Mac/m-p/11915666/thread-id/134033 then dl and install sims 3 again?

I believe the issue is being investigated, at least from the comments I've seen from EA_Cade on this forum. In the interim, you can go back to using Origin, which (mostly) does not produce this issue. You can find an Origin installer here:
