Didn't get my pre order of sims seasons
When do I get my pre ordered sims 3 seasons?

I haven't even recieved an order confirmation other than I have seasons pre-order and generations 25% off in my cue on billing history, saying pending payment. I contacted paypal and they said its processing for the seasons order and the other one my cc declined. I tried to use the promo code again to re order generations but now the promo code does not work! I just dont know if my seasons order is any good or not. I would just re-order but of course then I dont get the pre-order bonus, do I?
