Digital download of Supernatural ask me to insert the CD-/DVD when I try to launch it

I just purchased a digital download of Supernatural. But when I push play it ends up asking me to insert the original CD-/DVD for Sims3 EP07 Supernatural?

I installed the announced update and then I purchased and downloaded Supernatural from Origin.

I uninstalled Supernatural from Control panel and downloaded again but it still ask for a CD-DVD that I do not have.

Any suggestions?

    1. Do you have any cd emulator programs on your computer ?

    2. Are all your games download versions (Sims 3 I mean) ?

    1. No, I have no such programs.

    2. Only Sims3 is a DVD version and all other expansion packs are digital downloads.

    What's your operating system and the exact error you're getting (there's several different ones)

    I had to uninstall everything with Sims and do it all over again. Case closed. Thanks for trying:-)
