Hi, I thought I share this: I had issues downloading from Origin, due to the extreme use of data, so I called the rep at Origin. I told them my issue (that downloading my game went over double my data, therefore I had no internet) and requested having a hardcopy sent. They then cancelled my previous order (I had bought Sims 3 Supernatural and Seasons on a special so I had them both for $40), they refunded me as if I had bought them both at full price, and then I had to pay them $40 (so they refunded $80 as if I had bought them normal, and then I owed $40 as if I had bought on a special). SO LONG ANSWER SHORT: call them. Tell them your problem. They will more than likely have no problem sending them to you.
