Hi, Does the desktop HP ENVY compatible with the sims 3 or is the sims 3 compatible with the HP ENVY?

Is it a laptop computer ? They can't be upgraded, unfortunatley.

Go into the game, go to options, graphics options and lower everything. Also turn off mirror reflections.
Is a desktop. Not a laptop.
Then you should be able to upgrade it with a card.
Maybe your desktop already has another card. Didn't see one in your DxDiag but make sure to check under hardware options.

Get something that's green across and make sure your Power Supply is high enough for the card you buy. Do some research first (and don't ask a seller in a store, they're usually useless.
