Downloaded EA App and Sims 3 not showing up

Switched to EA App. I've owned Sims 3 since launch and it's lived in my Origin since Origin became a thing. Now when I open the EA App it shows that I own Sims 4 and Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, but n...

@kstahl505Trythis - open the EA app. Click the three bars in the upper left. Click help. Click App Recovery. Click clear cache. If this doesn't work you will have to contact EA support for help.
