I downloaded The Sims 3 Supernatural previously and switched computers recently. When I reinstalled Origin on my computer, my other Sims games were there, but not Supernatural... Please help?
make sure origin is up to date there was an update today for origin also make sure you logged into the right account if you have more than one account and the game maybe on the other account
if you have more than one account and th egame is on the other one conract CS to assist with mergeing the accounts
