Downloads won't show up in game sims 3

@tirza1996 Please try installing the lots in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just download and install one of the lots and see whether it shows up in-game.
If it works, try installing the other lots one at a time: the launcher doesn't handle large amounts of data well, and that includes installing content in large groups.
For any lot that doesn't install, feel free to either post a link here (if it's from the Sims 3 Store or Exchange) or send me a link via private message. I'll test in my own game, and if the content doesn't work for me either, the lot or lots may be broken.
I've install the lots in clean folders, didn't work also i have install the lost one by one, also didn't work.
I have downloaded the lots https://www.mysimrealty.com/. I have use this website on a different laptop and everything i have install showed up in the game.
@tirza1996 I need to know the specific lots you've downloaded so I can test them myself. So please list those exact lots, not just the site they're from. And please send them to me in a private message rather than posting them here. Links to unapproved third-party downloads are not allowed on this site.
