Dragon Valley Download Link Broken

I purchased the Standard version of Dragon Valley, I went to download it from Chrome, and the link doesn't work at all, I tried then in Internet explorer and the link seems broken and searches for a program to open the link with or something.. I am running an up to date version of windows 7.
