Dragon Valley not showing in my purchase history

I have bought the Dragon Valley and received the code in an email. Then I redeemed the code in Origin, it was successful. But when i went back the the EA website, it is not showing in my "purchase ...

I am also facing the same problem. Redeemed the code on the sims3 website and then the message prompted that I owned the DV world. It asked me whether to download now or download later and I selected download later. Now the game is showing registered in My World under My Page but not showing for download in  Purchase History, so I am now unable to download it. Please help me to download it.

Which purchase history are you checking ? Thesims3.com or Origin ? It should be on thesims3.com
