I just opened my Dragon Valley game for my Sims 3, i literally just opened it. i installed it did all the right things and when i put in the installation code it says 'We're sorry, this code has already been used." How is that freaking possible when i just opened the game??? Please help
@KatC95 Dragon Valley is a world, not a game and therefore needs to be downloaded through the Sims 3 website and not Origin. You can redeem the code here ( https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html ) and then it should appear in your purchase history for download: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html
