So, I have the disk of Dragon Valley and I recently got a new computer. When I tried to enter the code into the EA app, it won't let me. When I tried entering the code into sims3.com, it says it's already been used. I looked at my account of sims3.com and it says I have it but it won't show up as purchased on the EA app. What do I do?
PikaPika1374 You don't need to have Dragon Valley showing as purchased in the EA App. Just download it from the Store site, either from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from its product page:

Codes can only be registered once, even to the same account, which is why yours isn't working now. But since it's on your account, you don't need the code anymore.
