e shows in Origin but not in The Sims Resource.

I bought an expansion pack. It plays fine and shows up on My Games in Origin. The problem is I do not have the serial numbers to register the game onThe Sims Resource and for The Exchange.

  1. Where do I find the games serial number for those of us who downloaded from Origin?
  2. How do you register your expansion pack with The Sims Resouce?
  3. If information was in an e-mail from Origine and was deleted, how can I get another copy of that e-mail sent to me?

    • It should auto-register to thesims3.com once you make an account here but you'll find the code by clicking on the game in origin and choosing i. If it didn't auto-register, you need to contact a game advisor (see below)
    • The Sims Resource is a third party site that has nothing to do with EA.
    • You don't need the email since the info is on Origin itself.
