EA App says I don't own packs I've owned for years

Hi! I recently got a new PC and downloaded The Sims 3, but I only have access to about half of the expansion packs that I own. The EA App acts as if I never bought them. I have the discs with the codes that I redeemed before the game became purchasable online, but the app says that the codes aren't redeemable. I do not want to buy these packs again since I already own them. What can I do?

The packs I can't download are University Life, Seasons, Generations, Showtime, and World Adventures.

  • FreezerHunny  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Take a photo for each pack showing its disc, the case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload these when submitting the help request or during the chat.

It's possible the codes are tied to a different account, and if you can figure out which one that is (with or without the help of support) and regain access to it, you can have it merged into your current account, with the DLC transferring over.  Keep in mind that Store content will NOT transfer, so if you own some and don't want to buy it again, you'd want to retain whichever account owns that content and merge the other into it.
