The chat finally came through. I spoke to this one guy, very nice and very friendly. He told me he was elevating the case to their specialist and that one of them will contact me soon with an answer. I say "alright, I can wait". This was the 26th. It's December 29. Alright, I can wait a little bit more and miss ALL the deals going on right now, I mean..it's only $15 dollars that I am saving myself here, who cares about that. 
I receive an e-mail immediately after we close the chat telling me about my case number and whatnot, for when the specialist contacts me with my case open. Alright. THEN i receive another e-mail a few hours later telling me that my case has been closed for now????? What?????? I am still having the same issue?? nothing was resolved?? I am trying to contact EA again but their chats are down. I'm honestly about to give up and deal with the fact that my cash card its useless, my Christmas gift was useless and my brother just gave EA $20 as a gift.
I know you guys are not EA but players like us and probably no one from EA sees this but it makes me feel better to just vent my anger.
