I want to download SIMS 3 that is included on EA Play (i have an active membership), but i cant download it, it asks me to put a credit card to buy it. I want to download the games included on EA Play, because im paying every month. I want answers, the support didnt give me any solution.
@MORDEKAISER51 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If you're trying to install Sims 3 on a Mac, that's the issue: since EA Play is Windows-only, you can't install anything using the subscription while in macOS. You'd need to buy Sims 3 if you wanted to run it.
If your computer runs Windows, please post screenshots showing how you can't download and are asked to purchase the game.
