I reset my sims and nothing is working. ):

- Approvedwhen a social worker was on my lot awhile back I watched it leave when it was done at my house. so there is no social worker on my lot anymore. I did everything and nothing is working. ):
hmmm try the backup folder method
go to the electronicsart /thesims3/saves in the saves folder find your save you play for example my save is Sunset.sims3 and the back up of it Sunset.sims.backup i copy those folders to the desktop for now and for safe keeping then rename the .backup one rename it to something else
for example test.sims3 launch the game and see if it's ok
if it does launch and all is well at that point i would save a copy of my family to the library and or the lot too just in case you may have to start a new game but you'll have your family and house to place

if your willing to zip up the save game and zip up the back up of that save folder to media fire or something like it pm the link to i'll download it pop it in my game to see if your Sims and or the game your playing can be saved and if i can save the family is there other sims in the town can add to your household if you want them saved to it's no guarantee an dis a 50/50 sometime sit works sometimes not but i'm willing to try and save them at the least
