endless loading screen with add any lot size mod

Is that only happening in my game? I left a few ccs but took out all mods except for 'no intro maxis' and only one nraas mod, and still experiencing endless loading screen. is there any other mod to have the same feature? I really need one to place the festival grounds lot from Isla Paradiso. But there was NO accurate lot size for this in Edit Town mode.

    But I had reinstalled it multiple times since then, so I'm not sure what's going on.

    And you tried the updated version and that didn't work either?
