Error 327682:0 for MAC

I am trying to Install my Sims 3 onto my Macbook Air... the Sims 3 used to be on PC but Im not sure if that has anything to do with it. It downloads but every time that I try to Install it it gives me the Error 327682:0. This is literally so annoying.. I pay money to play the games not fight with the computer for 3 days. Can someone please get back to me about this problem! I've checked soooo many threads and none.

and i'm guessing they're not in a hurry to update it so we're basically forced to play Sims 4 until they do [and IF they do] ☹️

@VeeTheeQueen  EA has announced a 64-bit-compatible version of Sims 3 for macOS, to be released some time this year.

@siggasiggasigga  If you only recently bought the game, you can request a refund.  But the window is two weeks from when you purchased it, if you haven't been able to launch it.  Here's how to get a refund:

If you're curious as to how Sims 4 might run on your computer, feel free to post your specs and ask for an opinion in the Sims 4 Mac section.  The game runs fine in Catalina most of the time.
