Error 5001
It wont let me install Supernatural because of an error, error 5001 if you could please help me i really want this game and it wont work! it would mean a lot! 😕mileytongue:

Do you have the sims 3 base game installed?
If you do have the sims 3 base game installed, Then go to the game launcher and see if you updated the game so it can intall supernatural. because sometime if you did'nt update the game it may not intall
Error 5001 is a Windows installshield error that happens after you uninstall something and there are registry entries left that have not been removed.
You will need to speak with a game advisor to fix this
