When the first sim got back home all degree-ed up I sent the second twin off to complete thier degree, again saved post-exams and hit the same problem with the missing credits and non-graduation.
I also a sim that did 2 degree's back to back, 30 free credits on each so one week at 18 credits was enough to complete the degree. Both degrees went through without a problem, which points to being a problem with changing the enrolled sim between trips to Uni.
Did you try what happens if you sent them for their second visit together ?
