lilmissbrouge188 Try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address, so there's no OneDrive tie-in. (You can keep saying you don't have the information.) If the game works in that account, great, and we can try to fix it in your main one.
If Sims 3 won't open in the new Windows account, or it crashes, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I am a little confused as to how this all works, I have tried to look at the thread you recommended I take a look at the last time but when I read the passage for making a new admin account it says I should back up files? Sorry if this is silly, I am a little scared to try and make the new account as I just don't want to accidentally do something I cannot fix as I am not a particularly techy individual.
