lilmissbrouge188 You need the Alder Lake patch in order to play. I guess you used it before, but when you reinstalled the game, you'd have needed to apply it again. Here's a link in case you need it:

Apply it to TS3W.exe, with the W, since you have a Steam install. Then try again to play in the new Windows account. If it works there, you can try your main account again, with OneDrive syncing paused.
