I was gonna play today and all my Sims were deleted i dont know why, but i dont care, the problem is I created another Sims and the game does not let me save i says something Error Code 4 what does that mean?

Error Code 4 ? Never heard of Error Code 4.
Could you make a screen shot of that ?
To do so, play your game in window mode and then hit print screen. Paste that in paint and then upload to some third party imagesharing site. Put the link here.
What's your operating system ?

Never seen anyone with it.
Is your game still on or did you quit the game and try again.
