Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?  I can't log in at all.

    I've merged your post with the main thread for this issue. Please check out the pinned reply for more information. 

    If you haven't already, please try these connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step on changing your DNS, as the EC:10005 error is usually related to network connection. It might be worth testing on a mobile hotspot or a different network connection and restarting your router or modem to see if the error persists then. If you have the McAfee extension installed on your device, please try disabling it, as it was a contributing factor to this error for some players.

    There are no solutions. I have had to wipe my game 4 times in the last year over this nonsense. EA is terrible and deserves a class action lawsuit.
