Error dowload the sims 3 version 1.0.631

Question

I realy need help, can you help me.. really ..really help me. i need the detail for patch on this version. my version is 1.0.631.0001 this almost 1 year i CANT play my sims because of this and i dont know how to play or download. please help me.. i try anything to get the patch or superpatch but it doesnt work. please he lp me how to download or update STEP BY STEP. for info im using Mac Air OS X version 10.8.5

this the 5 times im asking ea help, but nothing change i still can download. so im really need your help, please answer. Thanks

What exactly doens't work ? Do you get an error message when downloading ?

I'll forward this to our mac helper but it would be great if you could provide some more info.

So your issue is that you are having trouble patching your game up to date?

Presumably you have tried patching through the Launcher by going to the updates tab and then clicking refresh? Does nothing happen, or do you get an error?

Either way, a lot of TS3 players on Mac seemed to have trouble obtaining patch level 1.63 through the Launcher. So, go to this website, find the superpatch for your region, then download and apply it manually.
