I don't have any custom content, and I already tried repairing the permissions. and this message happens when the game hasn't even started! it happens when I select the family and it starts to load and in the laucher! I can't play not even 20 minutes :'(
Is it one specific family or any family? If it's one particular one, something might be corrupt with that file.
