Exchange Uploade Error

Is there another way to upload something to my Exchange? 2 sims 3 chars are now in my Exchange. now only uploade failed. Cache cleared, pc restarted. no cc in it everything only from the 20 addon...

No is still not possible. 

Started new game, and linked to the char on edit city and upload char, and started the launcher and uploaded my char error.
