"Exclusive" Supernatural item never showed up in purchase history

I had emailed tech support about the code from my Supernatural game being invalid for the purpose of downloading the extra Supernatural item (for registration rewards). They gave me another code, which was allegedly valid, but never showed up in my purchase history (maybe a week ago?). Can someone somehow put it in my purchase history please?
