Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I purchased Roaring Heights and Roaring Heights Gold. The purchase is verified. Installer says I have them, but are not listed for me to download into the game. I have done all the suggestions fixes EA has given me. Any ideas?

Look at your email for when you bought them. It has lots of info so I missed it the first few times I looked. Under the name/picture is a bunch of letters. I thought it was like an item number but it's a code to redeem it. Then go to the store to your purchased content and somewhere in there is a place to redeem code.
