EXTERMLEY UPSET CUSTOMER.

I dont know why it is so hard to have a customer service section.. I am trying to buy more sim points. But the website won't let me. I don't understand why, it is not giving me an answer as to why. It is just simply not excepting my information. I am getting really upset. And would like someone to talk to about this. And have this problem solved. Also, i tried purchasing a game from online and it won't let me. It keeps telling me that i need to try later, but that is the only reason i get that it won't work. A little bit customer from your side, would be much appreciate.


P.S.. When someone is picking a platform.. Make sure that the platform is available for me to select. I am on my laptop which is just windows. Not any of the platforms that you had for me to select. I was a little disappointed.

    the platform you choose is pc or mac I don't think it'll really matter once you chose one just  to get a hold of a live chat rep you can explain that to the rep once you engage in the live chat

    now sometimes the issue for purchasing is to clear the internet cache and  the browser that is used If say using google chrome then switching to IE or firefox can help

    the EAHQ is about players helping players with gaming issues and is not a direct line/contact to EA so sadly I can't help you with this issue only the live chat reps can
