EXTERMLEY UPSET CUSTOMER.
I dont know why it is so hard to have a customer service section.. I am trying to buy more sim points. But the website won't let me. I don't understand why, it is not giving me an answer as to why. It is just simply not excepting my information. I am getting really upset. And would like someone to talk to about this. And have this problem solved. Also, i tried purchasing a game from online and it won't let me. It keeps telling me that i need to try later, but that is the only reason i get that it won't work. A little bit customer from your side, would be much appreciate.
P.S.. When someone is picking a platform.. Make sure that the platform is available for me to select. I am on my laptop which is just windows. Not any of the platforms that you had for me to select. I was a little disappointed.
