Failed Installation - No Launcher or TS3.exe

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I've even tried manually uninstalling it. I've tried deleting my data, re-downloading the data and installing again. Each time, I get the same results.
(At the risk of sounding like a moron, what do you mean by "clean my registry"?)

I really don't know what could be wrong.
Do you have a file ts3w.ex_ in the installation directory ? If so, you can try renaming that to ts3w.exe and then manually move. Don't know if that will work though (do accordingly for the other files you're missing)
I had Sims3Launcher.ex_ which I changed to Sims3Launcher.exe and it appears to be working.
I don't know what wizardry this is, but I will not question it for now. Thank you, Crinrict. <3Okay, so it's not quite fixed yet. Well, it is for the Sims 3. I keep getting a "There was an error during Startup. Please see the Log for more details" error. That's cool, I simply bypass the Launcher. But it's not recognizing that I've installed Pets and Ambitions. Trying to launch the files TS3EP05 and TS3EP02 give me "Unable to start game Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)" And now I've found that I can only uninstall and reinstall a game so many times before Origin won't let me do it anymore. So I need to be certain that uninstalling and reinstalling will work before I try it.
Probably has to do with the registry keys not properly registrated (that's what I feared).
It seems that the installation simply did not work correctly.
Did you uninstall everything before trying to install again or only the base game ?
