13 years agoI would like to check and see if it's my firewall or anti-virus that is interfering with my connection, because my real problem is that I'm not able to download my purchases from the Sims3 store, but if it's as you say not necessary to have the EA downloading manager, then what gives? I've been having this problem now for over two months and have been unsuccessful in having it fixed. As far as my firewall, etc. is concerned--what am I looking for? I have Norton 360. Thanks to anyone who will help me.
