[FAQ] Unable to connect with origin

I'm having the same problem, I bought a new laptop as I couldn't update my game as my previous one just wasn't  enough. I put everything on my new one and then tried to play :mansad: not happening. I took everything back out then tried bit by bit  still nothing but " cannot connect to ea" or "Origin". After about two weeks of trying just about every way and contacting EA about four times my son and I have worked out that as long as I don't add anything from the Origin launcher ( which consists of 13 expansions) except for W A,  I can play. What on earth is going on with it?  I didn't have this problem on my old laptop and could play with most of them. Ambitions, University, Late night and  Island Paradise were my absolute favourites but now I can't play with them at all, let alone the new ones like Into the Future. As I have paid good money for these games and even got a new and more powerful laptop it is so dissapointing not to play....... So are EA or Origin going to do anything about this problem????
