Did a factory reset on another machine (I have a laptop and a desktop, both meet requirements for the game, but I play less on the laptop), totally vanilla, no mods, CC or store content, have not run into the issue yet. Of course, I've only been playing this save with a single adult sim for 2 simdays. Got sleepy last night, I've been running around pretty much all week. Also briefly tested a couple saves that existed pre-ITF and were not played with the ITF patch, neither of them exhibited the issue.
