Frozen Dragons and freezes, lags in island paradise.

This needs to be fixed.  I have tons a little frozen, openwinged dragons in my towns.  My fiance's is doing the same.  I don't want to use mods to fix an issue that should be in the first place.... :-(

My hardware is different than yours so that should not be an issue.

boht are fx 8350 amd processors with ddr3 ram, 1 is a nvidia 560ti, the other an ati r7700.

have you tried the reset sim cheat ? just make sure your sim is not doing something important before using the cheat

ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim *   (hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own

I am having the same problem, in Dragon Valley no less. I have excellent computer specs that exceed recommendations. I've tried the simreset cheat, and reducing the graphics to no avail. I'd like to know if you have discovered a solution yet. =)

did you use the * in the reset sim cheat the other thing to try is your dragon is frozen  have your sim interact with it anyways the  dragon may appear invisible while the sim carries it or you will still see the frozen dragon on the floor  but once the sim puts the dragon in its inventory  it will not be frozen any more (and the dragon will no longer be on the floor). Your sim may also freeze while trying to interact with the frozen dragon. In this case, cancel the interaction, and both the sim and the dragon should unfreeze (kudos to nona )
