Frozen Sims and Camera while Water etc. Still moves.

Hey! On The Sims 3, when I am playing the game, The Sims and the Camera freeze in place and things like Water and Fire etc. still move. This often happens every couple of minuets. I want to know if this is a glitch, bug or anything else and how to fix it. Does anyone know?

edit to add the ret all sims is in the first post but here ya go ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim * (inculding the * hit enter ) this will reset all sims including your own make sure your own aren't doing anything important cancel their action q

first try the reset all sims cheat in case a sim is stuck that you can't see where they are stuck to reset all sims cheat to reset all sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim * (inculding the * hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own make sure your own aren't doing anything important cancel their acton q

What was that cheatcode to reset sims again and crin said this cheat to find all the islands, what was that?

Hi. I just used the Cheat code resetsim and the sims haven't frozen yet. If it happens again i'll post again. Thank you.
