Go to ea.onlineregister.com and log in.
Click on Redeem Product Code and follow the onscreen instructions.
The access code is 5 digits on the little booklet that comes with The Sims pocket. The one on the website is more than 5 digits and has dashes where can I put a 5 digit code ea.onlineregister.com whenever you try to redeem an access code from there it's more than 5 digits
